Hi Peeps. I'm off to Bahay Kalipay today for my mini yoga retreat. I'm looking forward to returning to some kind of schedule as the past couple of days have been a bit hectic and I haven't had a chance to get in a yoga practice (this will NOT fly next month during the "yoga streak"!) It is strongly encouraged while you are in retreat to refrain from using electronic gadgets, so I will be radio silent for the next little while. Just wanted to wish everyone the best and have a MERRY CHRISTMAS.
